These are the personal reminders I use to reference and move forward hopefully it can help you as well.

This is one of the quote that I aways refer to.

Very few people have the humility to start as amateurs.
They procrastinate doing the work they want in the name of perfectionism.
You know these people. The one’s who have been saying for years that they’re going to do something but never do.
Yet inwardly, they’re terrified of what other people will think of them.

Ideas

Your Startup Idea is Worth $0

I'm going to say something that might sound harsh, but it needs to be said: Your startup/ side project idea, the one you’ve been guarding carefully, is worthless.

It happens at almost every tech or business meetup I go to. I was chatting with someone, and they'll lean said something like, "I'm working on something big." "What is it?" I'll ask. They'll look around, and say, "I can't really talk about it."

I’ve even encountered people who want me to sign an NDA before they’ll even hint at their world-changing concept. They’re protecting the idea in their head without a single line of code written, without a single customer validation, even a basic Minimum Viable Product.

The underlying value of an idea is zero. The real value isn't in the idea; it's in the execution and validation that follow.

Notes

Before I start an idea, I learn to have a clear goal.

Having a clear goal will help you to be more productive and able allocate your free time towards the project.

Building a successful side hustle or side project requires more than just initial excitement; it demands resilience. There will be times when progress is slow, motivation dips, and the path forward seems unclear.

Yet, I am convinced that a steadfast commitment to the vision, coupled with persistent action – even in the face of adversity – is the cornerstone of achieving long-term success.

It’s about maintaining focus on the ultimate goal and understanding that every challenge overcome is a step closer to realizing it.
